Early Childhood Development

AHHA Education Timor’s Early Childhood Development Program teaches children six important skills that can help them do better in school and life. The six skills are physical-, mental-, social-, school-, society-, and leadership skills.

Children learn the six skills through a variety of mediums such as stories, songs, crafts, acting, playing, and outdoor activities. We focus our classes on developing a sound foundation in the child’s character and in nurturing a child’s potential.

Our activities

Stories

The teacher actively interacts with children while reading moral stories.

Songs

Students learn (moral) English songs, often combined with dance moves.

Crafts

Through coloring, painting, cutting and pasting, and other forms of art, children make the most beautiful things.

Acting

Through dramas, students learn facial expressions and how to interact with other children.

Playing

Students play different type of games and learn how to work together. It's also creating a lot of laughter for children.

Outdoor

Different activities like sports, outdoor games, physical exercises help children to release a lot of their energy.
