Upon completion of the “bring back home program”, volunteers can enter the final stage of our program: the higher leadership training program. In this program, volunteers will be learning all the skills which are part of Big Teacher’s NGO Service Life and NGO Set-up Program. Volunteers will develop the following skills:
Volunteers will practice these skills by running a province center under supervision of the management of AHHA. The aim of developing all these skills is so that students who have completed this program are able to start their own initiatives like setting up an NGO or school in their community.
Students who set up their own NGO or school, often continue to provide social service for many years in a row.
After achieving all the AHHA skills, a person is ready to transfer and train others to achieve the full skill set.
A person who finishes the program produces better results in his work and life because he lives by principles.
After gaining all the necessary skills, a person is ready to start their own initiative, whether it be a school or NGO.
Having developed lots of skills, a person has been able to see his own potential grow and how it has impacted his life.
Students have gained all the necessary skills to be a great teacher, which is someone who can transfer skills.
After lots of guidance and supervision, a person is now ready to run a center on its own and grow on its own.
A person all the skills to gain enough money for survival and do social service at the side.
